Please take a few minutes to review these terms and conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these terms and conditions and to be bound by them. Furniture Solutions reserves the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Cash Sales (non-invoiced sales)
All payments made on cash sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Finishing products, clothes racks and items under $50 each are non-returnable and considered final sales. No exceptions.
Returns may be made on cash sales within 15 days of date of sale with original receipt for store credit only. Store credit is valid for 30 days after date of return. To be approved by management.
Items marked on the tag as “discontinued”, “last item”, “last one”, “final sale” or “special” may not be returned and are considered final sales unless otherwise marked on customer’s invoice/receipt.
Customer is responsible for requesting a copy of sales transaction if one is not provided and reviewing this to assure accuracy.
Merchandise finished by customer or altered in any way (for you or by you) is not returnable.
Invoices (all invoiced transactions)
Customer is responsible for verifying all information on invoice for accuracy.
Deposits/Payments made on invoices that are subsequently cancelled within 5 business days that have not yet gone into production will incur a fee of 10% of total transaction.
Invoices that have gone into production cannot be cancelled on our end. If customer cancels in-production or completed invoice, there will be a minimum fee of 50% of the total transaction.
Sizes, styles and/or any other elements pertaining to an item on an invoice that are “on order” as per our ordering schedule cannot be changed. Administration fees may be applied in case of exceptions, to be determined by management.
Furniture Solutions cannot guarantee color or finish. Grain variations, wood putty, knots and imperfections in the wood are NOT considered defects. Furniture Solutions finishes items to our specifications; areas not in plain sight may not be finished.
Furniture Solutions does not have an explicit warranty or guarantee on the merchandise.
Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries; we will give an estimated lead-time based on the information available at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Items delivered by Furniture Solutions are not returnable. We request customer views merchandise prior to delivery to assure accuracy and satisfaction.
Delivery includes placement of merchandise in room. It does not include set-up or installation of merchandise, . which would at an additional cost to be determined at time of sale.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe and reasonable accessibility to the delivery location.
Delivery dates are subject to staffing availability and subject to change.
Any refunds must be approved by management.
Charge card refunds will be issued within 7 days to the same card only at store where purchase was made.
Check, cash and debit purchase refunds will be by check and mailed out within 3 weeks.
Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction by management.
Sizes written on tags are an approximation only and are not the exact measurements.
Please inspect your invoice carefully
Furniture Solutions will be responsible for performing the work and providing the goods only as indicated on your invoice. Customer assumes all responsibility for accuracy of invoice.
